Once the campaign is successfully funded, both Teacup Dreamfox and Batty Brew are guaranteed to be produced. All other designs will only be produced if their stretch goals are unlocked.

How do stretch goals work?

Stretch goal pins unlock when specific funding milestones are reached. Once unlocked, they will: Be produced Become available as add-ons Be included in eligible reward tiers Pins that do not unlock will not be produced or charged.

When will I receive my pins?

Can I change my pin choices after backing?

What if my pin arrives damaged or missing?

If your pin arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will do my best to resolve the issue with a replacement or solution when possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I cancel my pledge or request a refund?
