Hi everyone,

Last night I received emails regarding all of my refund requests from Royal Mail confirming that I will be getting the money back and that it should arrive in my account on the 17th of September (i.e. tomorrow). This means that when it arrives I'll be able to get the last batch of parcels that are still outstanding sent out, at which point fulfilment will once again be complete!

I hope that I'll be able to get them all out in one go, but the absolute worst case scenario will be that I take a couple of days to get through them and they all go out by the end of this week. As always I'll update you on that progress and let you know where I'm up to.

A few of you have emailed me about your packages and I haven't had a chance to respond to you yet, but I'll try my best to get back to you today.
