Even though we didn’t hit our goal this time around, this isn’t the end. I’m taking everything I’ve learned and will be back with new energy, better planning, and the same love for fat, fluffy, nostalgic joy that started this in the first place.

With just 9 days left in the campaign, I wanted to take a moment to say: thank you. Whether you backed, shared, commented, or just cheered me on silently—your support has meant everything during this wild, emotional ride.

This campaign didn’t unfold the way I dreamed. As of today, it looks like we won’t reach the funding goal to bring the 40” pandas to life just yet. And that’s okay.

I know it can feel confusing or scary to back a crowdfunding campaign, especially when it looks like it might not hit the goal. I’ve seen some pledges come and go—which is totally okay and expected—but just so you know: your card won’t be charged unless we reach the full goal. So if you're still cheering for these plushies, keeping your pledge in place is a huge help all the way through the final day. 💗

This isn’t the end of the dream—it’s just the beginning of the next phase. I’ve learned so much through this process and I’ll be taking all of that into the next chapter of Luchini.

 I spoke with my manufacturer and we were able to lower the MOQ (minimum order quantity), which means the plushies are now more affordable to produce—and that’s HUGE news for this campaign! 💖

Unfortunately, BackerKit doesn’t allow me to lower the original funding goal once the campaign has launched 😩 BUT—I’ve gone ahead and reflected this change in the stretch goals, so they’re now much more realistic and easier to reach. 🙌

I created these giant plushies because they’re what I needed growing up—and still need now. Something soft, oversized, and comforting to help take the edge off a rough day. A little nostalgia. A little therapy. No judgment. Just fluff.
