Hello all!

I am writing to let you know about a new project that I am working on that will be coming to Kickstarter next month for ZineQuest 2026.

UHF Contact is a zine with 3 solo-friendly Liminal Horror adventures. The booklet will include a new table of Fallouts as well as some examples of solo play. The adventures in UHF Contact will offer a little more structure than those in Liminal Grimoire, which should facilitate solo play as well as low-prep, Facilitator-led play. There is also a suggested plot structure to link the three included adventures together into either a short-form campaign or as three connected adventures within your broader campaign.

As this is a zine and not a box set, the production timeline should be much shorter than we went through with Liminal Grimoire, and I hope to fulfill this campaign around the same time as the release of the Liminal Horror: Deluxe Edition.

I am writing to let you know that the majority of the physical pledge rewards have now been shipped! Check your location below for relevant details:

You should have received an email from BackerKit with the tracking information for your package. Some of you have already received your packages, which is great! If you are expecting a package, and you have not seen the tracking number email, please check your BackerKit account. There are several backers with outstanding surveys and with errored payments. If you are having trouble rectifying either of these situations, please reach out to me.

Your packages have the longest journey, as they are currently en route to England to my fulfillment partner, who will be shipping them to you once they arrive there. I know this adds extra time for your delivery, but this is also the best way for me to ensure compliance with all EU regulations, and it is the easiest way for me to make sure you don't get hit with extra fees/charges/taxes when you pick up your packages.

Since this has caused confusion for EU backers in the past, please note that your package will be shipped from Peregrine Coast Press in Leeds, England/UK. If you receive notice from your postal service about such a package, that's your Liminal Grimoire!

I am aware of the Canada Post strike. I have delayed sending your packages for the moment on account of that. My plan is to give it a couple of weeks, and if there is no sign of resolution there, I'll go ahead and ship with UPS. Thank you for your patience!

Hello all!

The reprinted pamphlets arrived this evening, and they look great!

Since I am now ready to start shipping, I have hit the Charge Cards button on BackerKit, so you will get an email notifying you if your card did not charge successfully and needs to be updated. I have also hit the Lock Addresses with Final Notice button, so you will also get an email asking you to double check your mailing address so that I am sending your rewards to the right place. 

If you did not get any of these emails, but you are expecting physical rewards from the campaign, that might be because you have not yet filled out your survey. Please check to make sure you've filled that out so that I can get your rewards shipped with the first round of packages.

Hello all,

I am writing to let you know of a little hiccup in the fulfillment of the Liminal Grimoire campaign. I received the box sets from the printer, and the boxes themselves look fantastic. However, one of the trifolds was printed with the inner pages upside down relative to the outer pages. The printer acknowledged the error without hesitation, and they have already begun the process to reprint the pamphlets. Unfortunately, this means that we will need to push back the expected fulfillment date by a month as the new prints make their way across the Pacific Ocean.

While this is a delay relative to the shipping plan I laid out in my last update, we should still be well within the original timeline that estimated shipping of rewards in February, 2026. Thank you for your understanding and patience as I ensure that this product is of the highest possible quality before it gets into your hands.

In any event, digital fulfillment of the main adventure set is complete, and I will be sending out the digital file for the cross-collab reward shortly.

Hello all,

I'm writing with a quick update about the digital release of Liminal Grimoire. Everyone should be receiving emails today with links to the Itch.io page so that they can download the digital edition of the box set. I recommend linking these downloads to your Itch.io account so that you will receive notifications if there are ever any updates to the modules.

If you purchased digital add-ons, those will be distributed when I charge credit cards for shipping. This has to do with how BackerKit allows me to set up digital distribution, which requires me to wait until cards have been charged for some digital rewards. At the same time, I do not want to charge for shipping until the games have arrived to me, since not fulfilling expediently after charging for shipping can cause other issues.

In any event, that day is getting closer! The container successfully made the voyage across the Pacific and is being broken down by the shipping agency. The pallets should be loaded onto a truck and starting heading across the country soon, and hopefully they will arrive to me by the end of August. I'll need a little time to get packaging sorted, but I should be able to start shipping by the end of September.
