Project Update: Fulfillment Updates: Shipping is complete!
Hey y'all,
I have a final update for this campaign - the last batch of packages is out the door! It may take up to 48 hours for USPS to intake the outstanding parcels and update tracking information. If you have any issues with your items you can email [email protected] for assistance.
Please be aware that I will be out of town for Anime Weekend Atlanta and visiting family for the holidays from 12/16-12/19 and will be unable to ship replacement items during that time.

I'd like to invite you all back next month for my Pintopia 2026 campaign: Bookshelves for Bibliophiles: Return to the Library. I used backer feedback from this campaign's surveys to create ten new genres with more details, references, and critter variety. This sequel campaign will include multiple collaborations, custom pin tiers, and $70+ of freebies available to eligible backers. All of the 2025 Bookshelves for Bibliophiles pins will also be available and on sale for their original crowdfunding prices.

Project Update: Fulfillment Updates: Domestic orders have shipped - international is in progress!
Hey y'all, I'm checking in with some shipping updates.
Domestic orders: Most domestic rewards should be on the way and I know some of you have already received their rewards! There are still a few outstanding shipments for folks that pre-ordered after the campaign ended or were late updating their surveys, but those should be finished up soon.
I learned the hard way that Pirate Ship, which I use to purchase my labels for domestic orders, automatically requests a USPS refund for unused labels are 28 days. This means that I had to re-purchase labels for some of the domestic packages, which resulted in new tracking numbers. I'll be working on updating those in Backerkit as soon as I have time. If you're worried about a tracking number that still says "label created" please feel free to email me at [email protected] and I'll check on it for you ASAP.
International orders: I'm working on y'all right now! I'm purchasing almost all my international labels through Backerkit's postage service, which costs a little more, to help make customs information a little easier. I believe Backerkit notifies folks when their labels have been created so that you have the tracking numbers.
I hope you all enjoy your pins once they arrive!

Fulfillment is in progress for this campaign! Some of you may have already received your rewards. I purchased as many labels as possible on or before October 4th to avoid the USPS holiday rate increases. It's come to my attention that some of you received automated emails saying that things shipped when that happened. If you received one of these emails and don't see any tracking updates that means the shipping label has been printed but fulfillment of your rewards is still in progress.

- Domestic orders without add-on items - Completed!
- Domestic orders with add on items - Currently underway, hoping to complete fulfillment by the end of October. These are taking longer than anticipated to pack.
- International orders without add-on items - Currently underway, hoping to complete fulfillment by the end of October
- International orders with add-on items - Starting by the end of October, these will take the longest because of the itemized forms for customs.
With twice as many backers and almost quadruple the number of items as my previous projects, this campaign has been an ongoing learning experience for me. I'm making notes on ways to improve my fulfillment processes for future projects. I know you're all looking forward to your pins, so thanks for bearing with me!

Project Update: Fulfillment update: Shipping starting soon... and an announcement!
Hi everyone,
I realized it's been a while since my last update, so I wanted to check in and share some news!

Shipping Update
Shipping is running about a month behind the original schedule and I'm so sorry about that. I'm currently setting up my assembly line to begin packing orders and fulfillment will begin next week and I intend to have to have it completed by mid-late October. This campaign has a lot to manage, and I've had some complications in my personal life this year, so thank you for bearing with me.
Bookshelves for Bibliophiles: Return to the Library
I received lots of great feedback and ideas form backers in 2025 that I wasn't able to incorporate by the end of the first campaign, so I'm planning a sequel project with more genres! Bookshelves for Bibliophiles: Return to the Library will be launching on January 20th as a part of Pintopia 2026. I've been gradually working on the designs for this campaign since February and I'll be posting each design in the campaign's Launch Party in the coming months. Click here to follow the project!

Project Update: Fulfillment Updates: Addresses Locking Soon!
Hey Bibliophiles,
Long time, no update - sorry about that! Last month was a blur with a full event schedule, moving houses, and then getting sick directly after. I'm currently finalizing the last add-on items (and a few surprise freebies). I think I'll be ready to start shipping some rewards next month, so we're currently on-track for the September fulfillment timeline. Addresses will be locking by the end of the month!
