Wow - sorry for the long delay getting the surveys started... there was a breakdown in communication and some missed emails during our travel abroad last month, and that finally got sorted. HUGE apologies for the delay!

This morning, we sent the "smoke test" which, if you aren't familiar with the process, is a subset of surveys sent to about 5% of the total number of backers. If you are one of those selected 5%, please make a point of responding right away if possible! Any questions or technical problems with the surveys will be addressed so that we can comfortably send the rest of the surveys. Backerkit suggests waiting until we've heard from 75% of the smoke test, or at least 24-hours, so the rest of you should expect to see your survey link in your inbox by Monday.

Thanks for your patience, everyone! We've been working with the printer on the clamshell box design and extras, and they're looking very cool! Here are some photos of the unprinted "dummy" (handmade at the factory to determine the assembly process and printing measurements):

When closed, the box will look like a great big book on your shelf with each of the logos of all 3 books on the spine.

As a test, we inserted a copy of HOLMES and LUPIN as well, and they fit like a glove!

We've found a gorgeous gold foil cardstock for the bookplates -- very reflective and luxurious. :)
Each box will also include a set of "glue dots" which you can use to affix your bookplate wherever you'd like.
