An update is well overdue on shipping and also transparency on the concerning issues with lack of stock, why people have been short changed with their orders and not received the items they ordered, how said people will be compensated, but most importantly, the lack of transparency over this issue and why there has been complete radio silence. This is not good business practice and will reflect very poorly on yourselves and will lose trust and future custom.
