If you need to update your address now, there’s a chance that your package may have already shipped. You can see our full shipping policies on our website for details on what happens when an address is incorrect. 

If you need to update your address and you haven’t received a shipping notification, please use this form:  https://magpiegames.com/pages/file-a-claim. We will always do our best to accommodate last minute changes, but address updates sent after Backerkit is closed may not be processed in time. 

For our friends in the USA, Australia and New Zealand, and Rest of World, we are preppin’ packages ta be sent out as we speak. Packages will begin to be shipped by the middle o’April. For folks in Canada and the EU/UK, your shipping will begin shortly after the USA and RoW. This means, if you need to change you address before then, you’ll need to use tha form above! 

When we start shippin’, we’ll post another update lettin’ you know what’s going on and what to do if something goes awry. Stay tuned to your inboxes and Backerkit for shipping updates starting in the middle o’April!

We’re thrilled ta announce tha shipping shall begin mighty soon. We’ve gotten in all the bits and bobs and beautiful game books have arrived safe and sound to our warehouses. This means once we count everything and put packages together, these beauties will be off to you!

Shipping will begin mid-April. It may be a touch sooner, but this leaves room just in case a delay or two is hit! As orders are filled, you will receive a notification via Backerkit that details your shipping information. Some of our fulfillment partners may not update Backerkit until fulfillment has finished, which may mean a day or two delay in getting your information. 

We’ll release a more exact shipping update once shipping has begun that includes dates to be concerned by, what to do if there’s an issue, and how to get ahold of us if you need to!

Because we are shipping soon, we’ll be locking Backerkit on March 31st. This means if you need to update your shipping information, you must do so before 6 PM Eastern on March 31st. Weigh anchor and hoist the mizzen! We’ve returned to tha ship for another fine update. Let’s walk tha plank and dive into the murky depths of deep sea voyages.

As we said in our last update, things are shipping. Turns out it takes a few turns of the earth to get things from one port to another. We’re keepin’ an eye on the boat and so far, so good. No delays have been encountered! We know that’s not the most excitin’ of updates, but in these wild times, we’ll take what we can get! If everything goes well, we’ll be looking for fulfillment to be toward the very end of spring or early summer! Once we have the ship in the port, we’ll have a more concrete deadline for you!

Whistler is now workin’ hard on all of the stretch goals that were unlocked during the campaign! As they get these into playtestin’ shape, we’ll start putting them into layout and deliverin’ them to you. For each stretch goal, we’ll be giving you time to send in feedback before we finish them entirely!

Shiver me timbers, me hearties! A new year has come and with it a slew of treasure huntin’. We be pleased to let ya know a shiny new trinket has made its way to our boat. Have a little look down below for what’s been happenin’ aboard and more!

Most excitin’ news, mateys! As of right now, the books, GM screen, dice, and dice tray have been picked up by the manufacturer and are on various boats headed to their distribution locations! As soon as they and the pretty little coin reach their destinations, we’ll be set to start sending out yer booty to ya. 

As it stands, all this treasure is set to arrive at their various distribution centers by the end of April. From there, we’ll begin shipping your packages to you! We’ll keep you abreast of how the high seas be treatin’ your bounty. 

The last bit to be done manufacturing is the pirate coin. Getting this fancy trinket perfect has been an important part of the project. As such, we’re happy to offer you a sneak peek at what the coin looks like! 

Like everything else, the coins be a headin’ our way across the sea. We be expectin’ them on the same timeline—late April.

‘Tis the season for bein’ jolly! The winter solstice edges ever nearer, and as we hang up our black flags to don gay apparel, we’ve got one last update for ya to ring in the new year! This is a short one, friends, as we were here with ya only a couple weeks ago, but wanted to send off the end of the year with a final message in a bottle.

We hope you have a wonderful holiday season filled with delicious food, loving friends, and exciting games! 

The samples we spoke about have been tumblin’ in slowly but surely. We’re happy ta let you know that everything for the campaign is now in production! What does that mean? It means maps, coins, dice, and the book are now being printed! 

That means we’ll be getting a lot of shiny treasure in 2025 to show to ya, and then add to your loot bags! It’s only been a couple of weeks since our last update, so there haven’t been pictures of anything to share, but we’ll have updates in January 2025 to show you! 

For the play materials, our design team has been busy working on the proofs and updating all of those, but unfortunately, we haven’t had time to get to the play materials. These are a top priority for January 2025 and we hope to have them on the next update for you! 

We’re out of the office starting the end of next week to recover from a challenging and exciting year. We’ll be back in January with a new update, your play materials, and exciting information! Stay warm and keep sailin’!
