Tis the end of the year, me hearties, and what a year she’s been. From the discovery of many a mighty treasure to the unlocking of the Great Sea’s darkest secrets, we’ve been through it all together. Now here’s a send off to this hell of a year and a quick update on where we sail next.
Project Update
As ye know we’re waiting on the final stretch goals to be finalized and sent to ya. They be sittin’ on our captain’s desk, waiting to be looked over and perfected. This process shouldn’t be takin’ too much longer, so it’ll likely be early next year ye see yer final booty arrive. Tis not the treasure we were hopin’ ta give ya this month, but we know that sometimes patience can make the treasure all the sweeter and hearts grow fonder and all that.
That said, may yer winter holidays fill yer hearts up where darkness has emptied them. May yer tables be filled with good food, great friends, and magnificent games!

The Law features Lacewater and several stunning cities in its safe seas. The Free offers the Grisly Fathoms and the Floating Fortress. And the Weird? Well, it’s a vast strangeness with the City in the Clouds at its heart. Happy sailin’, me hearties.

Whistler has been workin’ hard at the final stretch goals and we are very thrilled ta let ya know that they have moved through developmental editing and internal playtesting. This means that they’ve moved through all the processes and gone into layout! Layout is the last step we have before we release them to you for external playtesting.
Our production team feels like they’ll be through all of layout by the end of October. We hope yer excited to see the stretch goals Whistler has worked so diligently on. Not just in design and writing, but of course, in art as well!
