Greetings backers, today we have submitted the Backerkit pledge manager for review and literally as soon as it is confirmed as good by our rep, we will send out the pledge manager emails to everyone so that you can login to Backerkit and provide us with your shipping details.

We will be shipping items from Wednesday 26th November until around the 8th December, uninterrupted. So as soon as your shipping fee is paid your items will be dispatched (we will aim to dispatch items within 48 hours) and we will process fees every day starting on the 25th November as soon as the survey is completed.

As warned during the campaign we have no spare stock for additional physical items, but digital items are available to select in the pledge managers add-ons section.

Digital rewards will also all be available from the 25th onwards, downloadable as soon as your survey is completed, locked down by us and any shipping fees paid.

Office Move Notice Info

We are currently expecting to move offices around the 8th December though an exact date has not yet been confirmed with the moving company, our plan is to continue shipping items all the way up to the day before we move. So that as many people as possible will get their rewards before the end of the year.

We will announce the final pause date for shipping once we have it confirmed, hopefully later this week, but it is our hope that everyone pays the shipping fee this week so that all items can be dispatched well before we move so that the move does not delay anyone's package. 

That being said the moving of the office should only take one week, after which we will continue to ship rewards as they are completed. Shipping fee payments will not be processed during the moving week.
