Greetings all, this email is to confirm that our first week of shipping is now completed. We have arranged the shipment of everyone who paid their shipping fee by Thursday, with the last items being collected earlier today. We hope these arrive swiftly to you.

With week 1 shipping completed here is an update on reward delivery...

Digital Only Backers

If you only pledged for digital items on the campaign then we have now locked down all backers that do not include any physical items. Your digital rewards will all be available on your Backerkit account to download and you can access them at your convenience.

Physical Backers

The remaining people we will continue to ship rewards as your shipping fee is paid, with the first for next week being processed on Sunday for dispatch on Monday, this will continue all the way up until the point where we begin moving offices, so we recommend all those remaining to pay the shipping fee asap so that your rewards are not delayed during our moving office period which could last anywhere between 7-10 days where we will be unable to ship items out.

Next Update

Our next updates will be at the end of week 2 shipping or when we have a timeline for pausing the shipping due to moving the office, as soon as we have a date for that we will announce it, to hopefully ensure as many as possible can get their items dispatched before we move.
