Welp, the move happened and it was sure something. I didn't have internet for most of July. Moving an entire business on top of all my personal stuff is a lot! I spent so much time carefully organizing and labeling everything just to have all the boxes mixed up anyways ;;-;;

I finally got a chance to unbox the pins that are here so far and wanted to share photos.

I took these on my phone camera so it's *fine* but not nearly as good as seeing them in person. The pictures don't do them justice. The white enamel in particular is hard to capture.

The necklace and skull pins will take a little more time but I will share those as soon as I get them. The keycahins are in but I can't find them - a lot of my merch got jumbled in the move and it's been frustrating trying to find everything! But they also look very good!

I've unlocked surveys (in theory - BackerKit is saying that they're locked and unlocked at the same time?) so you're welcome to add or exchange pins in your survey. Keep in mind that the refund window is over so you will not get refunded if you remove pins from your order! I'll keep them open for a week and then close them again.

Pre Orders are still open! If you missed out on the campaign, you still have a chance to order these pins!

Enjoy this picture I took from my porch - there's so much elk in my new town! They just sort of wander everywhere. I also got to find out recently what the babies sound like!

Hi! Quick update!

So all of the animals have arrived! But only the animals - the skulls aren't done yet as well as the calendars. 

The keychains are in as well.

I am moving into a temp apartment tomorrow (move #2 out of 3 - third one is in a few months) so after that I will start going through the pins and grading them. I'll start fulfilling orders that are able to be fulfilled.

I don't have a great estimate on when the rest of the rewards will be done, but it'll probably be a couple more months. I'll be honest, I forgot that my manufacturer was waiting on me for some approvals with the skulls so that delay is definitely on me. My brain has been such mush from the multiple moves and con season. 

Once I can sit down and take pictures of all the pins in my hand, I'll unlock orders just in case anyone wanted to add anything after seeing how the pins turned out. From what I've already seen, they look amazing!

I was informed though by my manufacturer that there might be a higher number of fill defects with the Bear and Snow Leopard regular pins. We decided to fill instead of doing UV printing for the smaller details so there might be a couple duds. Once I finish grading and see how many have defects, I'll make a call on what still passes as "A" grade. My disclaimer section on the campaign page outlines my grading process and states that pins with very minor defects could still be counted as "A" grade if a defect is common.

It's Friday again so all surveys/orders ready to lock will be locked and charged.

Please check your cards - we still have several grand of errored payments. You will not get your rewards if your payment hasn't gone through.

The final day to get surveys done is May 31st. Make sure to get them done! 

All pin artwork has been finalized and work on molds begins next week. Yippee!

One note particularly about the baby animal pins - we will be using UV printing to get a better, more precise effect. There will be a slight texture, but otherwise will look great. I used UV on previous designs with amazing results.

This is an update specifically for the Emotional Support pledge tier! So if that isn’t you feel free to ignore this update!

Finally found the issue of why people were being charged shipping! Returning backers, folks who backed both my collab partner’s and my campaigns, and folks who backed 6+ Oddies and Obscura campaigns get physical freebies and those freebies were automatically added to applicable carts, even the digital-only emotional support tier.

So! I can remove the rewards manually but I don’t want to do so unless you tell me to since you *did* earn those rewards. Here’s some options:

1: Let me know you would still like the physical rewards
This will mean you still have to pay for shipping, as an fyi!

2: Put off getting the rewards until later
Thinking about ordering later via the pre order store? I can hold on to your rewards and send them then!

3: No rewards please
If you would rather not have the rewards at all, that’s fine! Just let me know.

I’ll hold off doing anything for a week (in time for the next order lock) unless you specifically ask me to do any of the options above. I am going to do an order lock and charge today though so if you’re still deciding make sure you don’t finish your survey yet!
