MCC Zines started in 2022 with the launch of our first zine anthology, Constellations in Flux. This will be an anniversary milestone this year, our FIFTH annual anthology printed into reality with the support of backers like you.
The first four editions
For this project, Between Stars & Shadows, over 35 creators are bringing art and stories to life that delve into uncommon, the uncanny, and everything in between.
Between Stars & Shadows is exploring the space between science fiction and fantasy (and everywhere else). We believe the best stories happen at the edge of things: where the known bleeds into the strange, the uncanny has a familiarity about it, and where shadows speak when the moon listens.

Project Details
This year we're changing up the format a little. In previous years, the digital and physical copies were identical. This time, the digital zine will include all accepted submissions to the zine, and the printed edition will be a curated collection of up to 25 pieces. ( This means a selection of contributors will be featured in the print edition.) All physical zine reward tiers will include a copy of the digital zine, so backers can see all the work our contributors put in.
We will be offering the following rewards (early bird deals not listed), and we will also have a digital bundle available with the previous MCC Zines anthologies, Constellations in Flux,Re-Spun Threads, Ephemeral Moments, and Golden Apples & Poisoned Chalices available as an add-on.

We’re pairing up with Broken River Books, if you pledge to both campaigns (with a physical reward tier for MCC Zines) before Printopia concludes, you'll receive an exclusive, free bookmark from each campaign that will be added to your order after the campaign ends.
Shipping is not included with pledges, it will be invoiced with backer surveys.
Shipping costs start at $6 for a book in the US, and international starts at $12 (due to the new PPWR, I'm not currently able to ship to the EU, I'm so sorry).
Everything is calculated by weight and will be invoiced post-campaign with the survey.

Constellations in Flux is a collaborative zine full of art and literature focused on romantic stories with a space or celestial theme.
