Your card is only charged if my project reaches the funding goal by the deadline. Backerkit is an all-or-nothing platform, therefore if I don’t reach my goal, your card will never be charged with your pledge.

I will be disappointed that we didn’t reach our goal, but I’m really committed to creating these pins. It will simply take longer without having Backerkit supporters to help make it happen. If that happens, I will let backers know and create an option for pre-ordering at a later time.

Digital rewards will be ready well before physical ones. We will send digital products as soon as they're ready. Physical products will be delivered all together, even if some are ready ahead of time. We will keep you apprised as rewards are ready.

Backerkit allows you a voice in the creation of Odd Dog Pins. You will get to choose rewards, offer insights, and have a voice not only for this product, but for future ones. Plus, there are rewards that I likely will never offer again, or you'll receive a version that will never be offered again.

Yes! Pins will be available to purchase once they have been printed. If the campaign is not successful this will take longer to be available. All of the special Backerkit reward tier packages and pricing are only available during the campaign though, so if you wait to buy, a unique item might not be available any more.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
