Hello! I picked my copy of the book up at Dragonmeet in December, but I've recently received my survey and it's wanting to charge me shipping. I haven't completed the survey yet as I don't really want to get charged shipping for something I've already received. I tried emailing but haven't had a response. Would you be able to look into it, as without completing the survey I can't access the digital files through Backerkit. Thanks!
