I got a delivery today with all the Sutlers stuff, tote bag etc . . . but no book. Is it being delivered seperately or has there been an error with my order? I also backed Stay Frosty so possibly they're being sent out together (which is fine. Not in a huge rush, just want to make sure the book itself is on the way)
