There is a price increase for this size because last time I could fit a lot more than I thought originally! It's easily feasible for me to pack $600-$900 value into this box depending on whether I pack apparel or bags or not (can be quite heavy). 

For comparison the large flat rate example image is 3lbs 4oz, that's another 12oz before I'd get to 4lbs.
