It has almost been 4 weeks since the pins arrived, and I was able to only complete 132 packages so far :( I have 221 to go, so it's definitely a very slow process in between my convention schedule. 

I have closed my Etsy store for the entire duration of this fulfillment, to reduce any other delays. 

It is possible that I will have to do remakes also, so I'm trying my best to go as quickly as I can to see if I have enough; but the freebie collab pin, the white chicken, the orange tiger, and the freebie mini orange cat pin are the most flawed. I've attached photos below of the worst ones. Not all of the flawed ones are this bad, but these were the easiest to capture on my old phone. 

(As a reminder, this was supposed to be a loosely graded A and/or B grade campaign to speed up fulfillment, but I've been sinking back into my picky ways and trying to find perfect pins, causing it to go much slower than I anticipated) 

Lastly, all Canadian backers have been shipped their packages as of now, since I heard of a strike that's supposed to start at the end of the month.

All of the pins arrived over the weekend, so I'm going to go ahead and get an early start on them!

I'm in a string of 6 events in a row, and I'll be traveling half of May, so I want to get as many done as I can while I have time to not push any further than the June/July fulfillment completion timeline. Since I am a one person operation, I have to juggle working on this in between prepping for cons, commissions, and running my booth. I do have my Etsy closed most of this month and next month to allow time for me to make this a priority though!

Please update your addresses ASAP if you have moved! I'm starting with the lowest tiers first as those will be faster to do. I don't anticipate being able to do more than 5-10 a day though, as I have to hand cut and score all of the cards, as well as quality check as I go.

Since I can usually only quality check around 100 pins an hour, that would take 30 solid hours to do 3000 of them, so I'm going to quality check as I go so packages can go out as early as this afternoon.

If I happen to run into quality issues that require a remake, I'll send an update asap! But since it's so early in the fulfillment timeline, I should be able to get remakes in if they are needed before the end of when I said I wanted all of them shipped.

I just wanted to send a quick reminder that the postage and add-ons from the survey will be charged tomorrow! 

I plan to place the pin order tomorrow, so please also complete the survey if you haven't done so already! There's over 40 people that haven't yet, which could affect quantities depending on the tier and add-ons.

My survey has been approved, and the smoke test has gone out to 5% of backers in each tier. This will hopefully catch any mistakes I might have made before it becomes messy with too many incorrect surveys! As long as I am not flooded with support requests overnight, then the remaining surveys will all go out tomorrow. 

The survey balances (add-ons and shipping) will be charged in a little over a week, next Friday, March 7th; so that I can pay for all of the products and pre-pay for the postage to make sure it's all covered.

We also ended up going over $13k, so the Maneki Neko sticker has been added as another freebie for every backer!  

Lastly, my campaign was set to only ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland. If you are outside of these countries, then you will see a $999 shipping charge. Do not pay this! Please contact me immediately to either provide me with an address within a country that I am shipping to, or to cancel your pledge and refund (less fees, since the only way to have backed is if you incorrectly entered in the country to bypass my shipping restriction).
