As many of you may have heard from other creators, I wanted to address the elephant in the room - Tariffs. 

Due to the tariffs, I am producing the pins staggered by popularity, due to the fact that the campaign *just* made it's goal. I will be paying for the tariffs entirely out of pocket. I know that means those of you who will be getting the full-set will have to wait the longest but I am tossing in some freebies to apologize for the delay. 

I am very sorry about the delay but I couldn't afford an additional $750- $1200 tariff bill out of pocket at a single time - so I need to spread it out to lessen the financial blow. I was expecting more like $300-500 out of pocket in tariffs, but of course they ended up being much higher due to the now on-going trade war.

With the staggered production, my timeline is going to have to adjust slightly. In the campaign, I originally stated by end of June all packages will have been shipped. I still think 85% of the packages will ship by end of June as scheduled - but due to the staggered production, some packages may be shipping in early July. I just wanted to apologize now for the delay for those of you with full-set pledges.

Any pledge with less than a full set should ship sooner depending on the design you chose. All non-Cat with Hat add-on pins are already made so are ready to ship as soon as the Cats with Hats Pins arrive.

Backerkit finished charging everyone and that now I've received the funds as of 2/27/2025.

However since this is my first Backerkit Campaign and it's my first time using their very intricate survey manager, even though I was working on the survey while waiting for the funds arrive it has a much higher learning curve than Kickstarter so it was taking me longer than usual.

However the survey is currently being reviewed by the Backerkit Team now so we should iron out the final issues early next week. The team is very quick and responsive :) 

If you payment failed during the campaign - when the surveys go out is your last chance to pay for your pledge.

I'm hoping to send out surveys at the very latest by March 14 and everyone needs to make their pin selections, pay for Shipping, and additional add-on choices by March 28, 2025.

Your shipping addresses will lock closer to May so you will have time to update those in-case you're moving! I will send out reminders before the shipping address changes will lock.

Just as a reminder this campaign is only shipping enamel pins to US, Canada, the UK (except Northern Ireland) and Australia. UK Customers will probably have to pay VAT upon delivery. I cannot pre-pay for you. However, once the package arrives in your country from the US, the tracking information may become very limited depending on local postal codes and procedures.
