I will be sending out a survey that will ask you for more information about your pledge, your shipping information, additional items you may want to add to your pledge, and collect shipping fees. The survey will be sent to the email address we have on file with your pledge. Any additional payment will be charged when you complete your survey and confirm your order.

Shipping is charged AFTER the campaign on Backerkit when the surveys are sent out to finalize your pledges. This campaign is only shipping enamel pins to US, Canada, the UK (except Northern Ireland) and Australia. UK Customers will probably have to pay VAT upon delivery. If you don't want to deal with that, you will have to wait until the products are on Etsy where VAT will be collected prior to shipment. All Rewards ship with tracking. However, once the package arrives in your country from the US, the tracking information may become very limited depending on local postal codes and procedures. This is offered a case-by-case basis. For example - if you ask within 7 days of the campaign finishing, I will 100% refund you. However since the funds are used create the pins, and if you ask for a refund AFTER the pins are in-production - I cannot offer a refund as you pledge contributed towards pin production and I no longer have the money to refund you. If you do not answer your end of campaign surveys so I am able to ship your pins to you, your pledge will be considered a donation 12 months after the campaign ends.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

After the campaign ends, you'll receive a survey to pay for any applicable shipping fees, calculated based on your shipping address.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
