Hey guys, I'm sorry, I know you are a small team, but I find the communication (or lack thereof) from MCG disturbing. I support a lot of other indie studios, many smaller than MCG, and they all answer to questions within 48h or maximum 1 week, whereas with MCG I feel like hitting the Contact Us button is like shouting into the void and hoping for an answer. A month ago (6 weeks after I sent an email inquiry) I was told a new batch of Black Cubes was arriving for distribution in Europe "next week". It's been a month since. I have shot the company a message again and got not response. Also, what happened to the supplements and prop sets? They are displayed as "in stock" on the MCG shop, but I still haven't received my coupons to redeem them. Also no response about it through the contact us. I've also made a massive order during Black Friday and heard nothing back since. (Not related to this campaign, but given as the Customer Support is unresponsive I might as well try my luck here) I don't like to be whiny, I know how unimportant this all is in the grand scheme of things, but a little care for customer communication would go a long way.
