Hi Kate, the lack of communcation both from support as well as in this community is becoming very frustrating. I have been waiting for my missing books for more than 3 months now with no communication from support or here in the community on when I will receive the missing 6 books. I urgently request an update on regarding the delivery date of my missing books. Kind regards Sandra
