Project Update: Moonbeam's Final Week!
Greetings, friends! I've made it back home after visiting family in Florida and spending an amazing time at Gen Con meeting with so many Moonbeam fans, backers, and advocates! You can say I am just a little tired, but alas, there is no sleep or rest until our BackerKit campaign ends!
We are entering the final few days of the Moonbeam Collections campaign to challenge the status quo in live streaming. Many folks have asked me if we've accomplished what we set out to do with this BackerKit campaign, and the honest answer is one I owe you: YES!
As I mentioned in our story, we've raised money before this to build and support the rollout of Moonbeam, and we realize we need a lot more to grow and compete at scale. To do so, we used this campaign to test our theory that people truly do want an alternative to the live streaming platforms that exist. Your support has validated our hypothesis and allows us to gain even more resources while staying true to the vision and ethos we've discussed. Because, now, it's not just our opinion that people want moderation, Realms, or a new form of the live streaming platform, it's a fact, and you have all proven that in a big way! Thank you, and I can't wait to share how your support impacted what happens next as we look towards Q4 2024!
