Hello Collectors! This is an important information update, please read the entire message so you can stay informed about how our project fulfillment works.

☕ We ended with 191 pledges and over $8300 in funding, thank you! Words are never enough, but we hope this REALLY BIG THANK YOU can help you understand how we feel right now!

Currently there are 17 FAILED CHARGES, totaling nearly $1000. Please update your card information ASAP, as these funds are needed for the A#3 book upgrades.

Over the next few weeks, we will be working on the pledge manager surveys and payments will begin processing for your initial pledge amount. Please feel free to ask questions, talk about the journey, or generally just hang out in the Community tab! ☕

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

BackerKit will charge the card you used in your initial pledge. If it doesn't work, don't worry! You'll have multiple chances to update your card information before surveys are sent out. You'll also have a chance to update everything in the survey. The sooner you pay for your initial pledge, the better, as any unpaid pledges will be cancelled after October 30, and you will not be able to reclaim your pledge.

Please remember, if you fail to pay for your pledge, add ons, or final shipping costs, you WILL NOT receive your rewards.

CURRENT TIMELINE PROJECTIONS (UPDATED OCTOBER 2)

OCTOBER 25 - Surveys go out
NOVEMBER 15 - Surveys close
NOVEMBER 15 - Completed surveys charged for add-ons and shipping
DECEMBER 30 - Art should be complete, and all items ordered
MARCH 2026 - All items (hopefully) received
MARCH 2026 - Remaining surveys charged for add-ons and shipping
MARCH 2026 - Orders packaged and shipping begins
MAY 2026 - Project fully closed and rewards are no longer provided

WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE SURVEY?

We will have previous Cafe rewards available for add-on during the surveys! Hard enamel character pins, coloring books, art prints, and more, as well as everything from this project as individual items. We will NOT be including Space Corp or Cozy Corp items, as those will be available during Carly K's next project, Cute Cake Club.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES?

You will be able to change your shipping address up until your survey is closed. After the lock down date, if you need to update your shipping address, please email [email protected], and we can manually update your shipping address. Please let us know as soon as possible that you need to update your address so we can change the address before your package is sent. If you fail to notify us of an address change, and your package is returned to us, we will ship it again but you will have to pay another shipping charge.

You will receive a last call email for address changes before we start shipping packages.
