☕ We are sending out the Smoke Test (a random 5% of you will receive your survey in the next hour or so). Barring any issues, the rest of the surveys will go out tomorrow!

We have added MANY items from previous Cafe projects to the survey, including TTRPG character pins (the Cafe like to play Towers & Titans), stickers, prints, and more.

We did NOT include Space Corp or Cozy Corp items, as those will be available during Carly K's next project, Cute Cake Club. (Psst, follow the project to get a free coloring page, and your design may be turned into a pin! ☕

There are still 14 Collectors who haven't paid for their initial pledge, which leaves this project $770 short. Please, if you are one of the 14 who needs to update their payment information, do this ASAP. You'll have a chance to do it during the survey, but the sooner the better.

You are not charged immediately for your surveys. Final add ons and shipping will be charged on or about November 15. Even though you are not charged, PLEASE make sure your payment information is updated and accurate! You'll have multiple chances to update your card information before surveys completely close. However we need to order everything as soon as Orphetoon is done with the art, and you're successful survey is vital to that production!

Any unpaid initial pledges will be cancelled after November 20, and you will not be able to reclaim your pledge. Anybody who has not paid their initial pledge or paid for their survey will be removed completely. If you have successfully paid for your initial pledge, you will not be cancelled, but remember you cannot receive your items until you pay for shipping. If you fail to pay for your initial pledge, add ons, or final shipping costs, you WILL NOT receive your rewards.

OCTOBER 25 16 - Surveys go out
NOVEMBER 15 - Surveys close
NOVEMBER 15 - Completed surveys charged for add-ons and shipping
NOVEMBER 20 - Unpaid initial pledges cancelled
NOVEMBER 20 - Unpaid initial pledges and unpaid surveys cancelled
DECEMBER 30 - Art should be complete, and all items ordered
MARCH 2026 - All items (hopefully) received
MARCH 2026 - Remaining surveys charged for add-ons and shipping
MARCH 2026 - Orders packaged and shipping begins
MAY 2026 - Project fully closed and rewards are no longer provided

You will be able to change your shipping address up until surveys are LOCKED. After the lock down date, if you need to update your shipping address, please email [email protected] and we can manually update your shipping address. Please let us know as soon as possible that you need to update your address so we can change the address before your package is sent. If you fail to notify us of an address change, and your package is returned to us, we will try to contact you about reshipment and you will have to pay the reshipment cost.

You will receive a "last call" email for address changes before we start shipping packages.
