Our printer on this project has fulfilled multiple campaigns with no issues and knows much better than to send out books without bagging and boarding them first. When I found out these books were inexplicably sent out without protection, I gave them an earful. 

I've sent out several replacement copies so far. If you need one, please just let us know. Sorry for the inconvenience.
