Updates

Well it looks like you all did it! We broke Backerkit..... not really but fun to say. Backerkit has fixed the issue many of you were facing (or at least they tell me its been fixed). We had 32 of you complete surveys selecting stamp pins so we have pushed your survey back out to you to fill out again just in case you wanted something else. The 32 of you should have also received a message from Backerkit. Please test the survey now and see if that fixed it for everyone. Any issues please just let us know and we will work with Backerkit to fix them. Thanks to everyone reporting the issues they were experiencing and we are sorry for the inconvenience! Thanks!

Hey everyone,
Quick update! After attending GaryCon and fixing a couple things that Backerkit had for us we finally sent the smoke test out to a lucky 5% of you! If you got the survey you are the select few who will give us any feedback on anything that looks off or odd. We will let backers fill out this survey until Friday and pending any further issues we will release the survey to the remainder of the backers. Based on our current scheduling we are planning to have surveys open until April 12th and then we will close the surveys and lock shipping addresses. 

We are on track for fulfillment on time still and we hope to get these pins to you sooner then later. We are excited to see these pins all over the place. Thank you for your support!

We have submitted the pledge manager to backerkit. Generally they ask for 2 days to review and then we may need some time to make any corrections backerkit may have caught. After the survey is approved we will send out a smoke test. This test allows us to catch any minor details before sending it out to the larger group. This is generally sent out to 10% of each pledge level at random. While we would love to be able to take volunteers thats just not how the system works. 

After the pledge manager goes out to everyone it will remain open for about 2 weeks. After two weeks we will close the pledge manager and lock down shipping addresses. We are very happy with the timeframe we are currently working on. We should be able to fulfill on time or fingers crossed EARLY! Enjoy your weekend!

We just got back from GAMA and have some good news! BackerKit has provided us with the list of backers whose payments have cleared. If your payment didn't go through, please reach out to BackerKit directly and they should be able to help you resolve it.

Since we were at the show, we're just now catching up, but we're actively working on completing the pledge manager and hope to have it open for you this week. In the meantime, full production on the pins has already begun, so we're confident the pledge manager timing won't impact our overall schedule at all.

Hey everyone we have 9 days left and the campaign is moving along well! We have looked at the campaign and placed an initial order for the pins to try to get them going sooner then later. Unless we have a huge flux of backers we think this initial order will be able to cover what we have currently and what we will end with. We take fulfillment of crowdfunding very seriously and we want to make sure we hold up our part of the bargin as you have pledged your hard earned money on us. It would help us if you did comment which pins you are looking at even if you haven't picked the exact one which will allow us to understand which ones are popular. Thank you for your support!
