Yes! There is a $2 discount for the first plushie to backing this campaign, and bulk discounts per additional plush added to the order. This will be exclusive to the campaign, and there is no plans to decrease pricing upon full release or preordering! If you also plan on getting any of the other HugBubs as well, backing the campaign will let both Bobbin/Racket and any other plushie you get to come together in one shipment, rather than paying for two different labels! While preordering will allow you to receive your Bobbin or Racket plushie sooner (first order is estimated to ship December 2025-January 2026), if you don't mind waiting, you can save!

Very likely yes! As soon as the campaign ends, they will go up for preorders at retail value. However, they may be limited depending on the campaign's success, so the best way to secure your own HugBub is to back the campaign!

HugBubs are made of a super-soft rabbit fur-style minky (not ACTUAL rabbit fur! Just a super soft polyester variant!) and minky applique features! Perfect for your soft texture sensory needs! These plushies are made out of all brand new materials!

In most cases, no, we will not accept refunds after the campaign has ended and payments are collected; all funds earned from this campaign will go straight into manufacturing. However, we may be able to sort something out in a case by case scenario. Feel free to reach out if at all necessary!

Surveys will be sent shortly after the campaign has concluded. They will be sent out in a staggered manner, so do keep that in mind when we announce them being sent and you don't see yours; give it a couple of days! You will have until December 2026 (exact date to be announced via updates) to fill out your form. That's a month! No rush, but don't let it pass you by!

While we tried our best to get the correct range for shipping, the postage rate is constantly fluctuating. By the time the plushies are ready to be sent your way, the price can be noticeably different than what we estimated. Please prepare accordingly! When surveys are collected from all the backers, everyone will be charged shortly afterwards. Expect around December/January!

You will be able to edit your shipping address via your survey any time before shipment. There will be a Final Notice email before we lock in the address you submitted (expect this to be shortly after quality checking). BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
