This leaves 8 incomplete surveys (4 of which had payments fail at pledge level) and 7 completed surveys with failed payments. If your survey is incomplete and/or your payment isn't fixed by April 1st, you will forfeit your freebie items in your order. This isn't to be mean; we just really need final counts and payments to be able to properly put everything into production and get the correct amounts to order.
For surveys/payments that remain incomplete/errored by April 1st: We cannot guarantee we will have the designs you want in stock as we have already ordered 90% of the pins with the counts we received from surveys completed by the deadline.
