Funded at over 200%!
Hello dear backers!

Thank you, once again, for all your support! We ended our campaign for Jonathan Olfert's Seers in a Broken Season at over two hundred percent funding. That's incredible! The biggest success, proportionally speaking, we've yet had. And it's all thanks to you, and your belief in Jon's work, our magazine, and, of course, your mutual love for big stompy mammoths.

Our first production update will ship this weekend. Until then, farewell, Blue Ochre People! The herd shall not advance without you.

Sincerely,

The Editors at Old Moon

Final 24 hours! New stretch goal added!
Hello dear backers!

We approach the final day of our campaign, and first of all, we want to thank you all for your support. This was our first novella campaign, and Jonathan's first novella as well, and honestly, we weren't quite sure how it would do. Which is to say, we were quite certain we'd fund, but we thought it would be something of a close-run thing. You, our dear backers, showed us the error of our ways. We funded in the first weekend, and blew through every single stretch goal almost immediately. We are truly honored, and flabbergasted, by the positive reception.

A few odds and ends before the end, as it were: Robin Marx, honored reviewer of sword-and-sorcery of all descriptions, gave Seers in a Broken Season a lovely and glowing review here. Check it out: it is spoiler free.

We have one final stretch goal before the end: if we hit 6,700, we will give all of our artists a 25% pay raise. We're quite sure we can do it!

We are extraordinarily excited to get this book into your hands.

And finally, keep your eyes posted here: there may be rumblings of something else in the distance. Something new, or rather, something old, and oddly episcopal...

Sincerely,

The Editors at Old Moon (and also Jonathan Olfert)

Pay over Time enabled! All stretch goals achieved!
Hello dear backers!

This will be a quick update. In short: we've achieved every stretch goal on this project. We are so incredibly grateful for your support! We have DOUBLE ART from Simon Underwood, a map from Caster Jones, and a shipping discount for our international backers!

But we still have 10 days to go. What does this mean? Well...more stretch goals, of course! We've a few in the works, so stay tuned. The first one will be a classic for Old Moon: increased pay for the artists!

Also: a much requested feature has been enabled. Pay Over Time is activated, meaning if you'd like one of our more luxurious bundles, but find yourself waggling a tusk at that price, you can elect to stretch the payment over a few installments rather than paying all in one lump sum.

That's all for now, dear backers. Thank you all for joining us, and Jonathan, on this journey. Tusks together!

Sincerely,

The Editors at Old Moon (and also probably Jon)

Funded in under 24 hours! Stretch goals loom!
Hello dear backers!

We have funded in under 24 hours! A first for us. Thank you so much for your support.

We're rapidly approaching the first stretch goal as well: interior art by Simon Underwood! He drew the cover for Old Moon 7, as evinced below:

We're really excited to see what he does with Walks-like-a-Rockslide!

We're also very excited that our partners at The Arcanist Literary Magazine have funded in under 24 hours (in under 4 hours, if we're not mistaken!). Give them some support too so we can see them tip over the line towards their first stretch goal!

Thank you again.

Sincerely,

The Editors at Old Moon (and also Jonathan Olfert)

On the front page, backerkit shows the top % of backers that participate in a collaborative event; this book is at the top with 34% of backers supporting both projects, which is significantly higher than the next collab! We got great taste here.
