Project Update: Updates, Conventions, & More!
Howdy everyone, Thorin here!
Whew… What an exciting time! Funds have hit my back account and I think most everyone's payments went through.
Right now I’m working on a preliminary edit of the manuscript before I send it off to the actual editor.
At the same time:
- I'm writing a little more material
- Hosting some small playtest sessions to refine everything
- Beginning the process of commissioning new artwork
- Dice proofs are currently being manufactured
- The dungeon synth soundtrack is fully composed and recorded

Note on Shipping: The surveys WILL NOT include shipping fees. With fluctuations in shipping these days I will charge shipping closer to the timeframe when the final products are due to ship out.

Project Update: Fully Funded! ⚔️
Hey Everyone! What an amazing Backerkit campaign! I've said it before and you'll probably hear it several more times, but thank you all so much for supporting this project! It has truly been a long time in the making and there's still a lot to accomplish before it manifests into the physical realm, but none of it would be possible without your help and your trust in me.
Together we made Seekers ov the Other Worlds:
- an awesome boxset adventure, big enough to hold the other two previous adventure
- containing a campaign book and handout book
- along with some cardboard pawns of the weapon Atma-khanjr
- we spellburned some cool border art and weird dice!
But what about that "AND MORE" part of this whole project? Well I'm going to see just how far I can stretch these funds and I may well have a few more surprises to reveal in the months to come!
So What Next?
First Two Weeks
- Await the funds which takes about 7-14 days.
- Working on edits to the final draft of the manuscript, currently finished the Prologue and Chapter 1.
- While I'm doing that I'll be commissioning new artwork.
- Discussing manufacturing costs, etc.
- I have already begun talking to Impact Minis about manufacturing the dice and figuring out the colors, etc.
- Once my edits are complete, I'll send them the drafts over to my editor.
- All the while, more artwork will be commissioned.
- Once the editor is complete, I'll begin the process of laying out the books.
- Hopefully at this point I'll be finalizing everything and getting the products manufactured.
During this whole process I'll of course keep informed with at least 1 update a month.

I asked this question before but I can’t find where I made it, so sorry if it’s already been answered. Does the dagger prop come with the hand holding it from all the pictures? I may have missed it but so far haven’t seen if that is mentioned or not.
Project Update: Spellburning to Unlock Stretch Goals!
The Final Week is upon us Champions and I have some exciting news to share!
Whilst at GaryCon, cavorting, slaying, and carousing with other gamers I made the mad decision to SPELLBURN SOME STRETCH GOALS INTO EXISTENCE!
Over the weekend I took a few points from my Strength and a lot from Stamina and here are the results:
Thanks to the generousness of Jordyn, the chapters will have their borders! Making the Campaign Book all the more special and eye catching!
RELEASE THE DICE! I know there are some dice goblins out there like myself just itching for another set and so the WEIRD DICE ADD ON has been released!
These dice will be manufactured by Impact Minis and will feature something cool that ties into the adventure, be that a new monster, item or spell, I haven't yet decided.
Retailing for $34.99 you the backer will be able to add on these dice for $29.99!
To add the dice to your current pledge:

- Find the dice listing in the Add On Items.
- Add it to your pledge order!
Now that the first two Stretch Goals have been spellburned the remaining two have been lowered. New Patrons is now at $30k and More Handouts is now at $35k.

Oh Great and Mighty Lord Thorin, As you may know (but probably not), I am a religious adherent to the cult of genre. Although-- as soon as I read an adventure, it becomes a real thing, extruded into the tumbling edge of the multiverse, where it falls forever. As such, no, I won't. I won't convert a module to a disparate genre unless it is relentlessly easy. I could not help but to note a chapter called Omega Terra. Setting aside the incalculable measure of your creativity, is there say $10+ worth of material for my MCC campaign in here, such that I could handily use it without summoning the demon spawn of Balrothhariid to thrash my blinkered soul? I love boxed sets and player hand-outs and your work always rules, so help me out here. Give me an excuse to laud your heresy.
