I think that payment may have tried on an invalid card of mine. How can I go about correcting that with you folks? Thanks!

Mine was denied for some reason, so I had an e-mail link that let me update it after it told me of the problem. Fixed it quickly. Did you get an e-mail asking you to correct it? because it led me right to a page to do just that.
