Project Update: END OF CAMPAIGN + PRODUCTION UPDATE #1 + IMPORTANT REWARDS/MERCH UPDATE #1
🎉 THE CAMPAIGN IS FINALLY COMPLETED!!!!!
We are beyond grateful. Our initial goal was to raise C$100,000 for a pilot episode, but we raised C$154,225 thanks to your help!!!! 🥺😭
Thanks to your support, we will be able to complete the 1st episode for CRAZY BROKE ASIAN, have a little cushion for legal fees for the whole process, as well as starting production for episode 2.
Production Update #1

For the remainder of the month of August:

For the remainder of the month of August:
- We will be solidifying our partnerships and production timeline.
- The actual and final amount we receive from the crowdfunding will also be sent to us at the end of the month and we will need to adjust the budget according to it.
Starting next month, we will be posting behind the scenes of making the docuseries on our socials.

Rewards Update :
***IMPORTANT: Please note that if your card was declined, you will have a 14 day period after the campaign ended (until August 24th) to rectify your payment in your Backerkit account.***
- Payments from all backers will be processed over the next 4-7 days
- Once all payments are processed, we will send a survey to collect your shipping info.
- If your pledge includes an art-related rewards, name in the credits, the survey will also ask for details about your preferred choice of art print and preferred name.
- We will reach out to you personally for Voice acting roles and info by the end of the month as well as for Character Design-related rewards.
- Once all the details will be collected, we will start placing merchandise production orders and beginning packing .
Please also note that we will be doing all of that ourselves whilst working on the film. Thank you for your patience with the crowdfunding process :)
Final thanks
Thank you your support thus far, in any shape or form. Without this initial boost, we wouldn't have gotten this much visibility and this first episode will no doubt be a stronger proof of concept for us to get more funding for the series (partnerships).
