Project Update: Fulfillment update: Canada + international complete, USA in progress, UK + EU soon!
Hello backers,
This is just a quick shipping check-in to update you on progress!
USA: In progress! These pins are being fulfilled by my cross-collaborator David Malki (Wondermark!). If you backed both our campaigns, he will ship rewards for both together. If you backed just mine, he'll fulfill those after the joint backers. He anticipates it taking 2-3 weeks. Look for a shipping notification email from Wondermark. Plus I do manually upload tracking numbers to BackerKit on a slight delay from the automated notification.
UK + EU: Starting soon! Spiral Galaxy Games is sending final address confirmation emails today. They will ship rewards in the next 1-2 weeks. You will receive a notification from them when your rewards ship. Please note that this project is being fulfilled under the account of my existing business The Story Engine, so you may see Story Engine on some of the paperwork. Contact fulfilmentsupport (at symbol) spiralgalaxygames.co.uk for support with any shipping issues.

Project Update: Fulfillment Begins!
Hello backers!
Great news: fulfillment is beginning! The pins came out so beautifully and I can't wait to get them in your hands!
Let me break down the shipping timelines by location:

Let me break down the shipping timelines by location:
- USA: These pins are being fulfilled by my cross-collaborator David Malki (Wondermark!). If you backed both our campaigns, he will ship your rewards for both together. If you backed just mine, he'll fulfill those after the joint backers. He anticipates it taking 2-3 weeks. Look for a shipping notification email from Wondermark.
- UK + EU: These pins are being fulfilled by Spiral Galaxy Games in England. They think they begin shipping as early as next week. Look for a shipping notification from Spiral Galaxy Games. I usually get tracking numbers after fulfillment is complete, so I will not be able to upload those to BackerKit as packages go out.
- Canada + international: I'll be fulfilling these myself from Ontario, starting as early as next week but more likely taking place the week after. I expect to be finished by the end of October. I will upload tracking numbers to BackerKit, which will send out email notifications to you.
Finally, I thought I would leave you with some photos of the final pins. I'm so happy with how they came out!

Project Update: Addresses Locking + Fulfillment Begins This Month
Hello backers!
I'm pleased to announce that I'm locking addresses in advance of fulfillment over the next couple of weeks. All pins are finished production and on their way to the fulfillment hubs, along with the add-ons and extras.
You have 48 hours to update your address via your reward survey link. After the 48 hours have passed, you'll need to contact me directly to request an address change, and it may not be possible to process requests.
That's because I'm very excited to be moving on to fulfillment! Shipping will be handled by 3 different hubs depending on your region.

US Fulfillment
US fulfillment will be handled by my pin cross-collaboration partner David Malki. If you backed both of our projects, he'll be shipping those rewards together in one parcel.
The pins should be arriving with him later this week, with fulfillment to follow.
One note: it looks like I won't have a chance to sign the copies of The Story Engine Anthology for US fulfillment like I originally anticipated. My apologies! I was still able sign and either sketch or inscribe all copies of all my other books for the US.

UK + EU Fulfillment
Fulfillment in the UK and EU will be handled by Spiral Galaxy Games in England. Pins should be arriving with them next week or the week after. They may need some time to book the project in once pins arrive, so I anticipate fulfillment starting in mid-to-late October.
Canada + Rest of World Fulfillment
I'll be personally fulfilling backers in Canada and the rest of the world from Ontario. I anticipate fulfilling all backers in mid to late October.

Thanks to everyone who came by at Gen Con! It was wonderful to meet you and hand-deliver the first pins!
I wanted to quickly follow up and let you know that if your pledge manager payment failed in BackerKit, you can now pay via PayPal.
Also, for the 14 backers who haven't filled out surveys: please complete those by September 1st or we may not be able to include you in the big mail-out.

Just a quick reminder that I will be charging cards for additional charges on July 28 (two days from now).
Additional charges might include:

Additional charges might include:
- Add-ons
- Pledge level shipping (for pledges that don't include free shipping)
- Add-on shipping (for all pledges that added-on items)
- Taxes (in applicable regions)
- Post-campaign pledge upgrades
- Paying for pledges that failed during the campaign
Please note that if you added-on items to a pledge level with free shipping, you get free shipping on the base pledge but there will still be a small charge associated with the add-ons.
Also, for those of you who have left a comment about picking up your pledge at Gen Con (booth 1237), that has been noted!
