We're using BackerKit.com to confirm your pledge, give you the chance to upgrade your reward level, and Add On to your pledge. Look for an email today from BackerKit.com (check your Spam or Promotions tab) with a link to the portal.

What if I don't see the email yet?
Emails are sending in waves, to avoid looking like spam, so your email may not arrive as soon as this Update is posted. After 24 hours, check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your "Promotions" tab.
If that doesn't work:
1. Click - https://rifts-for-savage-worlds-core-reprint.backerkit.com/
2. Click "Get My Survey"
3. Enter your email address (the one you pledged with during the BackerKit campaign)
4. Wait at least 10 minutes - then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies.

That's not impossible. If you notice something is awry, send us a message directly to [email protected] and we'll look at it for you.
What if I need to change my address?
As long as your items have not shipped, you can always change your address. Just simply log back in to BackerKit at https://rifts-for-savage-worlds-core-reprint.backerkit.com/ and make the appropriate change.

Shipping
You will pay for shipping later. The BackerKit Pledge Manager portal will lock down about a month before fulfillment. A shipping table will be added to the pledge manager at that time with final rates for delivery. We will post an Update when we are closer to shipping announcing the official closing date.
Physical backers will be invited back to pay for shipping and complete their order again (digital orders? Please complete the survey so we know you're not interested in physical items, and you won't be bothered with other emails). Your order will not leave the warehouse until shipping is paid, so please watch for the announcement!
Pinnacle pays the freight and other warehouse costs on this project. Your shipping price will not reflect that cost because we're covering it. Our warehouse will organize pallets of pledges and ship them to our regional fulfillment partners in Canada, UK (also ships to EU and ROW), and Australia (also ships to New Zealand). Shipments are customs friendly in most cases, but may not include local taxes or duties.
Orders for this campaign will only ship once. If you Add-On to your order, it will not ship early. We cannot begin fulfillment until all products for this campaign have arrived at the warehouse.
No Digital Add-Ons in Pledge Manager
The pledge manager manages physical orders only. If you only want the books in PDF please order them now at www.peginc.com or DriveThruRPG.com. Our partners at metamorphic-digital.com control the calendar for making VTT versions of this product.

All customers who finish their pledge manager before December 1, 2024 will be granted their PDFs on PEGINC.COM automatically when we pull data and begin gifting on that date. If you finish your survey later, you will need to forward a copy of your paid receipt to [email protected] and request comp PDFs. You must have an existing store account at PEGinc.com for comp PDFs to be gifted. Please include the email address you use to log into your PEGinc.com account.
