Here on the 3rd edition Backerkit project, we saw the Neoprene mat return from the first edition of the dice. This was an 18x18" neoprene mat with a rubber backing, and it was actually the first version of the dice grid offered back in the 2020 dice project, when there were 14 dice and the mat was optional!
In our wandering party times, I brought the mat back in here for $30. But I've been in talks with the manufacturer and found I can offer it for cheaper-- $20! So anyone who paid $30 here got a $10 credit already applied to their orders. For some, they haven't been charged for the mat they've added in backerkit, and so it just reduced how much you will be charged. For others who did get it while the campaign was live, you now have a $10 credit that will go towards your shipping costs.
But I also talked to Emma Clinton, who designed the original mat, and we've agreed to go ahead and design all the reading grids as neoprene mats! So if you look in the add-ons here, or on the new Kickstarter, you'll now find the mats available for $20 a piece, or as a set of four for $65! Note that they are larger and a little more awkward, so they may well incur a higher shipping cost for your order, especially if you get all four.

Adding them here in our pledge manager helps let people stay on just this campaign if they didn't want the new Helpers Lord set on Kickstarter, and simplifies people's lives who did pledge to both.
