Project Update: Packages arriving to the warehouses | Expect them by the end of the month! | Deck Flip Through!
Hello Tarot Enthusiasts!
The latest update I've received is that by the 20th or thereabouts, the pallets of decks will be to all the warehouses, and from then on we will ship the decks out for the US, Canada, or Mexico.
That means you should expect to receive your tracking numbers starting on the 21st~ and on.
International orders are already all on their way~! So keep an eye out-- many times you only get the email letting you know about your order when it's scanned in your local country, so stay tuned for those emails to hit you.

I am still assigning shipping prices to peoples pre-orders and the like, so it's possible that yours wasn't on the docket yet if you got your survey in late, or never got your shipping paid for. In that case, you'd want to reach out to me!

For most of us, we will have decks in hand by the end of the month! Some will see them arrive in the first week of December or so. I, on the other hand, am special and got mine early! Okay, okay, so it's just because I'm the creator. But I'll pretend I'm special!
I'm sick, so forgive my voice, but here's a video flipthrough of the decks side by side!
Did you know that flipping through a deck like this, that's this big, across 4 decks is really tiring for your hands? Because I know that now! Also I'll probably do a digital one at some point so you can more clearly see the decks. It was hard to do with my limited video setup!

Once I have confirmation that the first wave of items has shipped, I will start our countdown toward when people need to get their surveys in. People will have 30 days from the day Wave 1 is finished shipping to get their info in, or forfeit their pledge rewards. I will be messaging them all directly, and emailing them.
You also have 45 days from the day of your tracking number being sent to you to let us know if it doesn't arrive, or if items are missing once it does arrive. You'll want to let New Titan know in either of those cases.
Otherwise, sit tight! Starting on the 20th and on, we should start seeing things heading out to people!

Project Update: Package Travels | Confluence!
Hello my friends!
A few people have been asking for updates, so I wanted to lay out the timeline clearly for everyone. First, I moved everyone who is in Fulfillment's hands to 'Fulfilled'. This just means your package is moving, not that it's expected to already be in your hands.

NORTH AMERICA
We had a set date of September 30th to get our packages in the container and on a boat to leave China. It was delayed due to the Chinese Holiday that goes from Oct 1-8, but we still got out of port on the 4th. That said, it should arrive in the US by the end of October. We will then move the stock around between our three main warehouses: California, New Jersey, Texas. Once all warehouses have their stock, we will send packages out at the same time, looking to be mid-November.
That means that your packages are en-route for North America, but you will see it in roughly a month from today. If you move in that time and need to update your address, you can email New Titan who is handling our fulfillment! [email protected]

REST OF WORLD
We are aiming to ship right around the time that our vessel arrives to the US, as we will be moving pallets around first before shipping to the US, so our packages should generally arrive all at the same time around the world. This means Mid-November.
If you are a RoW backer (outside of the US/Canada/Mexico), and you will be moving before then, please let New Titan know at the above shared email!

CONFLUENCE: The Living Archive
CONFLUENCE: The Living Archive is the currently live (here on Backerkit) project for the all-new roleplaying game about exploration and experience in the wide world of Ajurea. Strange events called Confluxes bring in peoples, places, items, ideas, magics, technologies, and more from the past, future, and other worlds entirely! This means Confluence is a game of constant new-ness, running into new peoples and ideas and cultures at every turn with near-infinite possibility.
While it is a big TTRPG, there is also a Lore Bundle that you can grab that includes just the lore/setting information in two books that explore the world in a way that's fun to read and that you could treat as purely interesting diegetic (in-world) volumes. You could also totally use these as a campaign setting to play in a system of your choice!
Confluence is such a big and important project for Publishing Goblin as a business, it's hard to express just how important, so please give it a moment to check it out and see if you'd be interested in anything fun! : )

Project Update: Packages about to Ship! | Manufacturing Done!
Hello Tarot enthusiasts!
New Titan finished manufacturing and is set to get packages packed and labeled to go onto the cargo ship that leaves in 7 days, on the 30th!!
That is one of the fastest pack-to-shipping container turn arounds I've had. So we want to get them the final list of people's orders right now. That said, I have 85 people who still haven't done surveys (just log in here and check your survey with this project!), and almost 50 people whose cards are still declining to charge.
I am looking to lock in people for Wave 1 shipping to go in this container today to give it to New Titan by end of day. So now is a great time to login and check your survey with this project on Backerkit here, and if you have a charge still pending, checking with your card info and bank to make sure we can get you taken care of!

Project Update: Shipping Applied! Charged on Monday
Hello friends!
The shipping charges have been added to your accounts today. It will be charged on Monday.
VAT/Taxes is folded into your shipping cost, so if it's higher than you expected and you're outside the US, likely mostly in Europe, that's why. You can still reach out if you think it's incorrect of course! I can show you what was shipping and what was VAT/Taxes/Fees.
Just a reminder that our schedule was shared in the previous update, and is as follows:
Officially, our shipping timeline is now mid November.
The reasoning is we are going to wait until we have all US orders at our different warehouses before sending any out. This way we avoid some people getting their packages months before others due to delays getting things around the states. We will be sending out ROW (rest of world) packages straight from China as per normal a bit before we start sending US orders out to backers.
If they end up coming out earlier than that, I'll let you know! But mid November should give us the space we need to make sure they aren't later than our official timeline, and might instead come sooner. Which would be ideal!

I apologize for how long it was before I made the last update. I had no information to share and people were asking, but it turns out I should have waited. I always regret making update posts before I should, and this was no exception. The same day I put out the update that I had no information to share, I received an update. However, it was just yesterday that I finally got the shipping numbers in hand, so I waited for that.
That said, shipping charges have been handed to Backerkit to be assigned to your orders.
Officially, our shipping timeline is now mid November.
The reasoning is we are going to wait until we have all US orders at our different warehouses before sending any out. This way we avoid some people getting their packages months before others due to delays getting things around the states. We will be sending out ROW (rest of world) packages straight from China as per normal a bit before we start sending US orders out to backers.
If they end up coming out earlier than that, I'll let you know! But mid November should give us the space we need to make sure they aren't later than our official timeline, and might instead come sooner. Which would be ideal!
