Project Update: July update | Quick Check-In
Hi everyone! Hope you're all well and had a lovely weekend~
We know this has been a long journey — and we’re deeply sorry for how much longer it's taking. At the moment, all we can do is wait for our new manufacturer to deliver, and we’re choosing to give them time instead of rushing and risking yet another failed attempt.
After already going through two manufacturers and losing both time and money, we’re being extra cautious this time. We need this next step to go right — not just for your sake, but also to protect the rest of our work and future campaigns.
We’ve started working with the new manufacturer and we’re making sure everything is handled with more care and clarity this time around. Once we’re further along, we’ll be able to share clearer production milestones.
We’ve seen some comments referencing other pins (like the ones from our Patreon pin club), so just to clarify: those are made by a separate manufacturer, who is also quite slow (in fact, we’re honestly behind on the pin club too because of that). But they only handle small batches — they couldn’t take on something as massive as Delidragons, which has over 40 designs.
While we’ve never faced a situation quite like this before, it’s important to remember that every single campaign we’ve launched in the past has been fulfilled — despite the challenges.
(And yes, delays have happened before too — mainly because we don’t just create a handful of pins per project. We usually go all in with large, highly detailed collections, which makes our campaigns much more ambitious and logistically complex than average.)
We’re painfully aware of how long you’ve been waiting, and we’re not asking for blind trust. Just know that we're still here, working behind the scenes to make sure this project is completed properly — no matter how long it takes.
We truly appreciate your patience, and we’re doing everything in our power to ensure that the final result will be worth it.
We’re hoping to receive some photos from the manufacturer soon to check on progress — and we’ll make sure to share them with you as soon as we get them!
