Okay... IT’S HAPPENING!! The very first Delicats pin is DONE — and OMG she’s adorable! 😭💜 Meet our magical little Meowgician, who just rolled off the press and bewitched our hearts instantly! 🧙♀️✨
The pins came out so good: 🌟 The enamel filling is clean and well balanced 🌟 The screenprints are crisp and ✨chef's kiss✨ 🌟 The colors POP just like in the digital file 🌟 The metal and the plating are really neat 🌟 And the backstamp is sharp and perfectly placed!
We’re honestly thrilled — this first pin was our sort of test run with this other new manufacturer, that we chose specifically for Delicats, and… wow. They nailed it. ✨ Fast communication ✨ Attentive to detail ✨ Quick turnaround We really couldn’t ask for a better start — and fingers crossed they keep this same standard throughout! 🤞🐾
💡 From now on, we’ll move forward with the other Delicats pins in small batches, so we can keep things under control, closely checking each step and prevent large-scale mistakes. This workflow allows us to keep the quality high while avoiding overwhelm on their side. With over 40 different designs (!!), it’s easy for mistakes to snowball when producing everything all at once — so this careful approach is the safest and smartest way forward.
So far, we feel very hopeful about this production path. And we are SO excited to finally see this collection come to life, one kitty at a time /ᐠ>ヮ<ᐟ\ And we hope you’re just as excited as we are — because this pin is only the beginning. 😼💫

Exciting news! With the manufacturer we've selected specifically for the Delicats collection, production is already moving forward: the molds are now complete and the pins have been engraved — next up: enamel color filling! 🎨
We’re honestly really impressed by how smooth communication has been with them so far, too. They’ve been fast, organized, and proactive — and it really shows. Considering we’re working on such a large batch of designs, it’s a huge relief to see that things are now progressing steadily without further delays. 🥹🐾
This mold stage is one of the most crucial (and usually time-consuming) parts of the whole process, so having it completed already means we're right on track now.

This time, we’ve decided to proceed in small batches. After a lot of previous trial and error, we realized that even manufacturers can get overwhelmed when handling too many designs at once (something we honestly didn’t think could happen, considering they manage multiple clients at once — each with their own pin batches!) — and that can slow down production and affect communication a lot.
With 40+ designs in this collection, the production files are also quite hard to manage all at once, and mistakes are way more likely when everything is lumped together. So this time, we’re playing it safe!
We can't wait to receive the first production photos and share them with you all — it’s starting to feel real again, and we’re excited to finally see all the kitties come to life 🪄🐈⬛

Hi everyone!
We’re back with another quick but important update — and this time, we have a realchange in direction to share with you:
over the past few months, even while dealing with setbacks, we haven’t been standing still. We've been actively testing several new manufacturers by having small batches/samples made. Some of them have already shown great communication and promising quality — even if we’ve only seen very early samples so far.
🛠️ So what’s changing?
Initially (and until just a few days ago), we wanted to wait for the full production of Delidragons to finish before moving forward with Delicats (and the other pending projects), as previously said. Our plan was to test and stick to one (single) new “trusted” manufacturer, replacing the old trusted one we worked with for years.
Why? Because managing different manufacturers for the same type of product is messy — lots of back and forth, different reps, different systems, and a higher risk of errors. That’s why we had always avoided this approach until now!
But now that we've received a very encouraging first result from another manufacturer we've tested — even if it's still at a very early stage — we've decided it’s no longer worth putting every campaign in a long queue with just one partner. Instead, we’ll move forward producing our collections with multiple manufacturers in parallel (as soon as each one is confirmed with good communication/sample) — to avoid further unnecessary delays.

We're now moving ahead!
We'll start locking orders and charging the remaining balances to officially begin production. Yay!

Again, we know the wait has been long — longer than any of us ever imagined — and we’re truly sorry for that.

We're also actively looking for a fulfillment partner to help us with packing and shipping the rewards, so we can speed things up as much as possible once production is complete(though this may mean we won't be able to include extra freebies during packing, as we would if we were handling fulfillment ourselves).
