Hello! My name is Rangy, creator and founder of Tripleta Studio- a fun art studio based in sunny Puerto Rico dedicated to making comics, animations and toys. We love sharing our culture using humor and art, that is why we are launching DON BUCHO, a beloved character featured in our animations who we're sure you'll just love to cuddle!
Don Bucho (or in English, Mr. Bucho) is an old collared dove who has flown in maaaany adventures. He has been to many places, even carried messages in some wars! But now all he wants to do is hang around with you, while telling his stories and playing cards and dominoes... and maybe having a drink or coo!
Don Bucho is here to dance (and probably to complain too).
Don Bucho is inspired on my grandpa, Abuelo Luis- who always wears his best guayabera and Panama hat everywhere he goes. This image of the dapper, working grandpa is a nostalgic and beloved image for all Latin-American families- and Don Bucho is a symbol of that love and respect we all carry for our beloved "abuelitos".
The Don Bucho plush art toy is about 6" tall, like the pudgy potato bird he is. He features a dapper mustache and hat, and has the cutest butt.

DON BUCHO IS READY TO FLY! Yeah that's right! The Don Bucho plushies are ready to roll as soon as we hit our goal. This means that we will be fulfilling the pledges faster than usual cuz we currently have a limited run of Don Buchos for our first backers- but it might still take a bit while we finish the extra goodies production (stickers, wallpapers and pins!) Help us reach the goal and take this pigeon for the complete run he deserves.
