As all of you should have seen, the notification with 48 hour warning for locking of orders went out yesterday.

As a reminder, this means you can still change your shipping address up until we begin fulfillment (which is roughly going to being end of May with the current timeline).

I will notify everyone within a week-ish of beginning fulfillment to give a final heads up regarding shipping address changes.

If you do not change your address if you move/etc after this warning period, we cannot be held liable for undelivered packages. If they are returned, we will re-ship them out, but only if an additional shipping due is paid.

Additionally, if you purchased any add-ons, your cards will be charged soon after the locking of orders processes.

Butt tags are necessary to be in compliance with international safety and tracking standards for toys, so that a consumer can know who made the item, where it comes from, what it contains, and what batch/date it was made if a recall should ever occur.  Rare is the circumstance in which that should happen, but they are meant to be a reassurance for customers and an insurance for producers, such as myself, to show they did their due diligence in the producing and distributing of a product.

Additionally, butt tags and similar attached markings are now required by US copyright law in order to file for a trademark. We submitted our filing for ownership of the trademark 'Weighted Wonders' recently and hope to be granted the registration in the next year or so :D

We just got our agreement to nearly 5,000 sq ft of warehouse space in anticipation of roughly 150 pallets worth of product (wowweee!!) coming in! 

This and many other 'little' things, including our GSPR compliance and preparing inbound shipment to our international fulfillment center are adding up toward a smooth fulfillment process (fingers crossed!)
