Gotta submit updates for this now that my factory is back. I guess they didn't get my Owlbear updates so I have to resubmit those but here is a WIP pre-edit picture since I just received the photos this morning. I am so excited to get these prototypes fixed. <3

Figured I should post an update since I have been kind of quiet while my manufacturer is closed.

A few things are going to complicate this year so let's go ahead and start there.

- My factory is back next week, so I will continue fixing plush prototypes.

- Tariffs and such. As of right now I have no idea how this will impact shipments. I have to ship by sea for plush because of their size so will this slow things down substantially? I have no idea, honestly. As I figure things out, I will update.

- Does this mean convention pickup may not be possible? That is definitely a possibility. I will do my best once I have a better idea of what is going on. I have a few cons I am waiting on (Miraicon & Furry Migration) so I won't update anything for August/September until later this year.

Anything before June is definitely a no. Even the soonest I could forsee keychains arriving currently would be May/June assuming there are no shipping or production delays. 

Anyways, thank you for filling out surveys so quickly! I know some of you are probably waiting to see prototypes and that is okay. 

Only the corgis won't change. I have to make their tags soon. I was finishing and starting production on my Pintopia project this week so I can just set it and forget it. I do want those pins before Momocon if I can manage it. All of those are also up on my site for preorder at Pintopia prices until they arrive so feel free to snag one later if you missed the project but wanted something.

I will get plush preorders up on my site as well (my husband just did a redesign on the site), so only pins are listed currently. The plush are under lifestyle and will have a Preorder category there soon.

Backerkit finally approved the surveys and said we set it up correctly. So only a few went out so far to test and make sure we are good. <3

Surveys
I had someone message me on FB earlier about surveys. Backerkit's backend is confusing af, so we're still getting it fixed so surveys are able to correctly be sent out.

Failed Payments

Just for the sake of transparency since people always seem to think we get exactly what is shared to the public. We also lose like 10% of this amount to Backerkit/Stripe. 

Basically it works as follows: 

- Project ends
- Payments are collected
- Surveys go out (assuming we don't mess things up forever)
- I tally everything up and place my order with my manufacturer


For now we're in the get the survey fixed while everyone corrects payments stage. I assume I won't get most of the failed charges. It's common. 

My factories (both pin and plush) are still closed until February, so I will be setting add-ons aside in the meantime for the orders I can handle immediately.
