I will be at AMKE this weekend but now that my factories have returned, I will be pushing the updates on this much harder. I don't have any more out of state things til licensing expo in May and no other out of state cons until Tekko in July. 

Just wanted to give an update since it means hopefully some updates on these again. I need to ask about the Gryphon since I had submitted revisions before they went on break and they didn't start them because people needed orders before CNY.

For some reason some people's manufacturers are back, but mine all return on February 28th so I will get to work on making sure these designs get corrected once they return. 

Just wanted to post some sort of update to let you know when this will pick back up.

I will be ordering the MINIMUM I can for the large frankencorgi since my project isn't going super well but I should be okay enough to make it despite the custom color costs. That being said I need to make sure you are included if you were interested in swapping, so I would like to make sure I have counts ASAP.

If you would like to swap what you're waiting for, I will allow the following swaps:

- Toby Sitting (this is a large plush) for a large plush you ordered
- Frankencorgi Sitting (this is a large plush) for a large plush you ordered
- Frankencorgi keychain plush + toby keychain plush or two of either design to replace a large sitting plush

I will ask about more updates soon from my manufacturer but with CNY right around the corner, I'm not getting many responses and won't likely have much to update until sometime in March. Frankencorgi keychain plush will be here mid-late March, April at latest as long as things go as expected.

Either way, if these are swaps you would like to make, please comment on this post or email me and I will note/adjust your order to reflect this.

If not, please disregard and thank you for being patient. I hope to have other plush updates once factories are back open.

Apparently they didn't even work on it since I submitted the changes? I don't know why? They obviously worked on my corgis so I don't understand how this fell to the side.

Frankencorgi Swap Requests
I am also going to throw this option out for people who may be interested since this is taking longer than I ever wanted it to - if you are waiting on a plush and my upcoming Pintopia project does fund (I have it set to fund the larger expensive plush only atm) - I will let you swap your plush from this campaign out (Kitsune/Fox/Gryphon/Owlbear) since those have not been sent at all yet due to all my sampling issues.

To be clear, I am still working on these designs and even if I hit my deadline to refund you guys in the summer, I will STILL be trying to get them fixed and produced. That really won't change anything, I just hate that you guys are waiting an eternity. I clearly auto-assumed my manufacturer wouldn't have any issues with these and I was wrong.

I think the Kitsune is the closest to being where I want atm, Gryphon keeps getting further away for some reason (which was my personal want so I'm pretty disappointed and upset). I kinda just haven't done much with the Owlbear bc Kitsune was the most ordered design so I've been fighting a lot more back and forth with that one and they even switched designers for me. I am working on this and the Nebula project this month since the Frankencorgi is already ready + hair claws and keychain are in production already for that.

Anyways, since it has been asked on socials, my shopify inbox and at conventions if I can swap this for people who are waiting on this project, I will allow this as an option assuming the Frankencorgi funds at all. It's an $11,000 plush to produce because it is a complex design and needs a $1500 custom chest color (that won't get made until I pay for production).

I think my retail price on the larger corgis will stay at $60 because I will be ordering MORE to keep the prices the same as if I ordered 200 quantity. Which is wild I have to order that many just to keep the costs down lol...

The nose being upside down for the rushed keychain sample was already noted for the manufacturer lol.. but I wanted these to start production ASAP.

So technically none of these prototypes in this pic below are accurate. The bolts and green nose were missing from the keychain, but those have been updated. I have to send over tags this morning for it.

Large corgi will have fur the length of the normal corgis for the chest and it will be the correct color instead of this mint green that is there. The nose will be the same dark green as the top part of the ear. The right large corgi is the most current sample.

Anyways I just wanted to give any updates I could. Factories are going on break soon for CNY so I am not expecting much from them until they are back afterwards. I'll be really annoying about everything starting in February because I really just want this project 100% fulfilled.

I woke up at like 2am to start production on the keychains so I'm a bit tired and hope this post makes any sense at all. :D

Sent that in today, so we'll see if I can get it a little closer to what I am after. I think I changed some of the colors to be more like the sticker as well. 

I'll give these plush a few more shots before I let people swap for a Frankencorgi (or a Toby) or do a refund for whatever wasn't already sent to people. My personal deadline is this summer. I'm trying not to get discouraged atm. It's pretty frustrating. I'll do a Kitsune and Owlbear update soon as well. I'm also in crunch time for Christmas so I've been preparing for people to be here and kinda slacked on working a bit.
