We do not accept refunds, but will do exchanges if a puzzle has a manufacturer defect!
We will ship internationally! But the wonderful world of tariffs and VAT make it more complicated. Two puzzles are estimated to cost between $25-$50 in shipping. If you’d like a precise estimate, email [email protected] with your desired items and full address and we can provide you a more accurate estimate.
We want you to know exactly what to expect and when. Here’s our plan: Audiobooks Book 1: Return to the Castle is already complete! Once the campaign wraps up and we get through our post-campaign crash, you can expect it delivered straight to your inbox. Book 2: Mark of the Castle estimated completion is early December 2025. Puzzle The brand-new 1000-piece puzzle is currently in the sketch phase. Because of the holiday crunch, there is a chance of slight delays, but the reasonable expectation is shipping by mid-January 2026. If you prefer not to wait for the new puzzle, you can instead select Dragon’s Garden, Magic Study, or Found it, all in 1000-piece formats, printed by Tate & Co puzzles, and shipping in late November. If you happen to snag one of the limited-edition MicroPuzzle sets, those will also be shipping in late November. If you have a combined order, your shipment will be grouped together. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you’ll always know where things stand.
Once project closes, backers will be notified via a campaign update. This campaign update with have a final survey completion date. The survey will confirm your shipping address and final item selection. Once we have that information, we put in our order to the manufacture for the puzzles. If your survey is not completed, and your shipping costs are not paid by the completion date, you will forfeit your pledge rewards. We're sorry, but due to manufacturing, we cannot fulfill forfeited rewards and pledge levels after the survey has closed.
All 1000-piece puzzles published by Tate & Co will be available after the campaign has ended and backers have been shipped their rewards. All Limited Edition 150-piece MicroPuzzles will be printed for only this campaign and will not be available after it closes on November 8th.
NO. Rose and Jamie-Lyn have been creative professionals for decades. They love their craft. This is project is all human-made.
We know some readers prefer paperbacks. Centernia is available through many retailers, including Amazon, and directly from Rose's shop. This is our first Backerkit Campaign and we wanted to cut down on the complexity of managing audiobooks and manufacturing puzzles, and shipping books felt like one stress too many. BackerKit FAQ
BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.
If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.
Backers often receive special rewards for their support, such as:
- Exclusive products
- Bonus rewards for backing related projects
- Discount pricing
- Behind-the-scenes updates
- Creative input opportunities
Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.
- Select a pledge level with the reward(s) you would like to receive
- Select any add-ons
- Confirm your pledge!
- You are charged only if the campaign meets its funding goal.
- Charges happen when the campaign ends, not when you pledge.
The creator will send you a survey to:
- Ask you for more information about your rewards (selecting options, etc)
- Collect shipping information
- Offer additional items you may want to add to your pledge
- Collect shipping fees (if applicable)
The survey will be sent to the email address we have on file with your pledge. Additional payments are charged when you complete the survey.
Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.
You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.
Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
