It gets complicated because you already paid for shipping for the JCE, and mixing the orders, especially if a lot of people want to do that, gets very complicated from a fulfillment service perspective. I do appreciate the flexibility, but there are several reasons why it might not be feasible. I am open to discussion, however.

Hi Nick! That's completely understandable. You should have .pdfs of all of the items you backed, however. Hopefully those will give you an idea on whether you would like to back the hardcover or not. I'd be happy to discuss further in messages.
