·  The tour will be collaboratively arranged by Shao Dow, FORM Media Music, our Licensed Travel Coordinator, and YOU the backers! Together, we commit to ensuring that backers of this tier enjoy a uniquely unforgettable journey. Nevertheless, while every effort will be made to provide a seamless experience, unforeseen events like weather conditions or natural circumstances may lead to itinerary adjustments.

·  The anticipated tour dates span approximately 10 to 14 days in mid-April or early May of 2024. As the final dates are yet to be solidified, we request backers to pledge only if they possess flexibility within this timeframe.

·  Backers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and necessary visas for travel to Japan. Our team can provide guidance, but the onus of obtaining these remains with the individual.

·  We highly recommend securing travel insurance, as it's not included in the pledge. This safeguards you against unexpected scenarios.

·  We prioritize your safety and health. Any specific guidelines or requirements, especially in light of global health situations, will be communicated in advance.

·  Our cancellation and refund policy is transparent and will be provided before required payment. While we aim to adhere to an outlined itinerary, potential changes will be communicated in a timely fashion.

·  Your personal data, shared for travel arrangements, will be protected with utmost confidentiality and won't be used for any other purpose.
