Project Update: Failed payments and how to resolve them plus flower crown update
Hi again everyone
Currently we are at only 13 failed shipping payments out of 200+ which is a fairly low percentage, however please make sure to update your card information if your payment failed. You can check your failed payment email with information on why it failed. However the #1 reason payments fail is due to your bank not approving the charge. It may also be the case your bank rejects if it is an international order.
If that is the case you will need to either change your payment card or contact your bank to request they allow the charge. In my personal experience one of my cards works with Backerkit no problem but the other always rejects the charges

Flower Crowns
As well I wanted to give an update about the flower crowns, I really appreciate everyone's strong interest and support for the flower crowns, unfortunately my manu was unable to produce them. I apologize for any disappointment this may cause, however I will be issuing refunds for the cost of the crowns as I ship your orders so rest assured you will not be out the money. Again I apologize!
