Selection of books will be confirmed during the pledge manager phase of the campaign. Shipping for US-based retailers will not exceed $20 USD and will be charged in the Pledge Manager. Your books are guaranteed to ship before the books will be available through any other outlets.

Proof of retailer status (ex: Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and/or proof of Business License) will be required before shipment.
