I am reaching out to you today with unfortunate news about the “Dress Up Hellions” pin project.
I got the bulk order recently and after going through them all, the quality is just not what I wanted it to be. Over the past couple weeks I have worked with my manufacturer, and they do not believe they will be able to correct the issues without a significant cost to them and are not even confident that they will be able to rectify them in a satisfactory way. It is with this information that I am regretfully coming to you to ask what you would like to do with your standing orders.
You may choose to either keep your order and I will send out the product I have in hand, receive a partial refund for the part of the order you do still want, or you may choose to have a complete refund.
I have attached photos in order for you to make a decision in how you would like to proceed but here is a list of the errors as well.
Alastor
UV print error on face of base pin
Nun outfit face opening too small to see his features when placed on
Bus boy outfit looks okay and stays on correctly.
Vox (Most minor issue, best of the bunch)
Antenna print missing on base.
Otherwise base is good and outfits stay correctly.
Valentino
Outfits hold loosely and will fall if moved to vigorously, may sit askew.
Just got word that these are finally being shipped to me! I should have them in hand in the next couple weeks. PLEASE let me know if there have been address changes and please BE AWARE shipping will be charged soon.
Thank you for your ongoing patience with this project. I know it’s always a worry to back projects and left uncertain in the time it takes for them to complete, but we’re so close to them getting to you! Thanks again, yall are the best 😊
Hey everyone! Dropping by here to give a little update.
There were major issues with the magnets and they had to be redone so that they’re clothes wouldn’t slide off. This has been fixed and the pins are currently in electroplating and then the screen printing stage.
We hope to have these pins FINALLY in my hands by the end of August.
Also, I am extremely greatful to everyone for being SO patient in this project. I know it’s been over the promised time but I did not anticipate the amount of issues we ran into.

Firstly, I am truly sorry for the long radio silence between these updates. There was just not much to tell as I worked with the manufacturer to get these pins ready to go.
At the current moment all samples have been completed and I have been tweaking them to get perfection. Angel and Valentino are good to go. Vox and Alastor have had some issues.
One outfit for Vox is now being remade entirely due to the cut out not being a true clean cut for one of his hands and making the whole thing look bad when put together.
As for alastor his molds are all fine thankfully but the factory was having major issues with the gradient on his arms and legs. I believe it is now sorted out though.
I appreciate everyone’s continued patience with the process and I hope to have good news for you guys soon.
