And the time has come! As we mentioned a few updats back, we're giving you a free STL mini and holding a painting contest! And it's live RIGHT NOW! You can click that link to head to the contest page and download your free STL of Valdeer, the human bard protagonist from Lost & Found.
The painting contest will run from March 25 (today) to April 7th, and the winners for first, second, and third prizes will be chosen by the Sordane Publishing team and announced after it's closed.
The winner will receive a complete set of Lost & Found miniatures, in physical and digital formats, valued at $90. The second and third prizes will be full STL sets of the Lost & Found heroes, valued at $25 each.
How To Enter:
It's dead simple to enter: follow this link to the MyMiniFactory competition page, and then download the Valdeer STL, 3D print it, and paint it. How you do all that is up to you.
When you're ready, photograph your finished work and then upload it to the competition page! You should be able to enter any number of photos/angles of your work, but there must be at least one image where we can see the front of the miniature.
Rules:
Custom bases are allowed, but the main miniature must be the free Valdeer STL. Other, secondary minis are allowed if making a diorama, but they must be a Sordane sculpt (for instance, one of our free monthly STLs).
You can use a background, but not anything digital. Everything must be physical.
Only 1 of your entries can win, even if you enter multiple times.
No digital painting allowed. All painting must be done on a 3D-printed miniature.
No edited photos, and no AI use. No amending the painting or images or using a mini to look like it's painted. All suspected images will be disqualified unless you provide proof.
