I just got in my copies of Intent Magic! I really love the cover on this one, and of course it's always nice to get copies of a book I wrote myself. I'm excited to know what you think of this one. It's got even more magic, martial arts, and eldritch octopuses than last time!
This is the last book for Space Wizard Year 4 Part 1, which means I'll be packing up the final packages to ship this week and closing out the campaign. I hope to have everything shipped out before the start ofSpace Wizard Year 4 Part 2, which is coming November 12th. Make sure to sign up for that one to see author interviews, and back the next 7 books from Space Wizard!

I think this campaign method turned out well! I love to finishing up a campaign in a shorter time, and getting all the promised rewards out quicker. I made up a poll to see what you think about this new format! Let me know below.
Some last housekeeping: There are 5 unanswered surveys (for people I haven't already talked to). There are 5 credit cards that need updated information to ship charms. There are 2 failed credit card payments.
Please fix these in the next week! If you don't fill out/fix your survey by the time the campaign closes, I'll assume you're fine with donating any rewards back to Space Wizard for future campaigns!

Intent Magic, the last of the books in Year 4 Part 1, just got finished with copy editing, so I'm getting the last bits for the cover ready now, and I anticipate getting that set up in the next week. I should have copies of that one well in advance of the release date! Everyone who backed the full subscription to this campaign will get all your books then!
That means I'll be wrapping up this campaign very soon! I still have 6 people who haven't filled out their surveys and 7 people who haven't filled in credit card information for the updated shipping costs. If you haven't gotten your rewards yet, that might be why! I can't send out your rewards until you do, so please get that in! This project will be closing fairly soon.
Part 2 is coming up quickly! It begins November 12, which is just over a month away! I'll be starting up a launch party soon with author interviews and some other fun stuff. We've got a great list of books coming to you, so check out the page and make sure you're signed up!
This has been a big year for Space Wizard. Not only are we breaking up our yearly campaign into parts 1 and 2, we also have a third campaign running between them for Printopia 2025! If you haven't heard, the campaign for the second Lesbians in Space anthology is live and doing really well on BackerKit!
Our first anthology was funded in Booktopia 2024, but we got so many great submissions, you're in for a treat with 20 more original stories! These include ones from Tim Pratt, TJ Berry, and myself (because I got bumped from the first one...)
Lesbians in Space: The Sapphics Strike Back will be divided into five sections, with the themes of: Artificial Intelligence Heist Covert Escapades Empires Cosmic Encounters
Our beautiful cover is once again drawn by Serene Chia, with titles by Audrey Logsdon.
We've already passed one stretch goal to pay our authors more, and we just passed another for five illustrations! We managed to fund a fancy hardback version of the first anthology last year, and we're hoping to do the same with one, so help us make it a reality!
Plus, if you also back my collab partner, Bound by Words, you'll get an art print, and a followup adventure to my short story in the anthology!
